(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung received Peng Qinghua, Party Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday in Hanoi. The Prime Minister stressed that Vietnam attaches  importance to boost multi-faceted cooperation with China to achieve practical and effective results. Dung spoke highly of the outcomes of a meeting between Peng and the leaders of Lang Son and Quang Ninh provinces. He expressed his hope that regions between Vietnam and China will increase cooperation in all fields, particularly in trade, tourism, and investment. Dung asked China in general and Guangxi in particular to provide more scholarships and incentives for Vietnamese students. He also urged Guangxi and Vietnam's border provinces to build their border line of peace, cooperation, friendship, and development.

The same day, the Chinese guest met Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh.
