At a meeting in Hanoi with the diplomatic corps to update them on the restructuring of Vietnam’s apparatus and administrative units, PM Chinh praised the cooperation, experience sharing, and technical assistance from international organizations and development partners.
"In addition to our own efforts, we cannot succeed without the help of international friends, especially those who are here in Vietnam. You are ambassadors, emotional ties connecting Vietnam with the world. We see ourselves as a trusted partner of all countries," Mr. Chinh said.
The Prime Minister said the streamlining of the apparatus has been carried out in a democratic, thorough, and transparent manner, with strong consensus from the people who will directly benefit from the reforms.
