During the opening session, delegates discussed global trends in industrial transformation, governance ecosystems and policies to foster industrial transformation, Ho Chi Minh City's industrial transformation strategy within the context of international connectivity, emerging technology trends, and the role of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in the city's industrial transformation.

The Prime Minister also attended the inauguration ceremony of the C4IR Center at the High-Tech Park and met with the forum's founding enterprises.

The same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with representatives from various ministries and sectors, participated in a Policy Dialogue session with businesses and local authorities.

The session focused on addressing challenges faced by businesses and localities, translating policies into concrete actions, and advancing the Party and Government's initiatives on industrialization, modernization, digital transformation, and green growth to drive successful industrial transformation.
