HS Hyosung Group, formerly known as Hyosung Group, is in the Top 30 largest economic groups in South Korea. The multi-industry group signed a memorandum of cooperation with Quang Nam province in 2018 on investing in an industrial complex worth 1.34 billion USD. It began investing in Quang Nam in 2018 with the curtain fabric factory project. HS Hyosung Group now operates two projects, employs thousands of people.

Prime Minister Chinh said that Vietnam aims to grow at 8% in 2025 and in double digit in the near future. He asked Quang Nam to adopt specific programs and plans to ensure the province's growth targets as well as support businesses, including HS Hyosung Group, to increase production and business.

Afterwards, the Prime Minister worked with Thaco Group. Earlier on the same day, he offered incense and laid wreaths to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Quang Nam. PM Chinh also offered incense and flowers to pay tribute to Vietnamese heroic mothers at the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers Monument in Tam Ky city.
