(VOVWORLD) - Phenikaa University has officially transformed into a multidisciplinary and multi-sector institution closely aligned with the University-Enterprise model and the Phenikaa Group ecosystem, according to a Prime Ministerial decision.

Under this new model, the university will focus on three core pillars: training, scientific research, and innovation.
Speaking at a ceremony in Hanoi on Tuesday to announce the decision, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh described Phenikaa as a good example of an innovative, autonomous university.
"I hope it will keep leading in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The university should also take the lead in autonomy in training, in the development of a high-quality workforce, and in smart management,” Mr. Chinh said.
PM Chinh urged relevant ministries and local authorities to swiftly complete the legal framework on education and training, enhance the autonomy and accountability of training institutions, and strengthen the links between schools, research institutes, businesses, localities, and the market.
