PM’s visits to Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland successful: Deputy Foreign Minister

Talking to the press in Hanoi on Thursday, Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Hang highlighted the key outcomes of this significant trip.

According to Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Hang, the Prime Minister’s visits to Poland, the Czech Republic, and his bilateral engagements in Switzerland were highly successful. In each country, the Prime Minister, his wife, and the Vietnamese delegation received warm, genuine, and friendly welcomes.

Over the course of the trip, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh participated in more than 30 engagements, including talks, meetings, policy addresses, business forums, and cultural events. He also attended the "Spring Homeland" program and visited several cultural, scientific, and technical institutions. The visit marked a new phase in the development of Vietnam's traditional friendships with Poland, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland.

Discussing the Prime Minister’s attendance at the 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, themed “Cooperation in the Intelligence Age,” Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Hang emphasized that the trip achieved all set objectives at an exceptionally high level. The Prime Minister participated in and spoke at four discussion sessions, three of which were specially organized for Vietnam by the WEF.

His activities in Davos conveyed Vietnam's messages to the global community, focusing on sincerity, international cooperation, and solidarity. The PM underscored the importance of multilateralism in driving sustainable development, inclusivity, and adaptation in the era of smart technologies.
