(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang has delivered gifts to 80 policy beneficiaries and poor households and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ngo Thi Den in Lao Cai district.

Visiting Gia Phu and Ban Khoang communes on Friday, he applauded local authorities for taking care of disadvantaged people to ensure that everybody will fully enjoy Tet, but urged more efforts to improve the living conditions of ethnic people, families of war martyrs and invalids, and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. Lao Cai province was urged to boost production and build new style rural areas for provincial development.
