(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang has addressed voters in Ho Chi Minh City’s Districts 1, 3, and 4 concerning major agenda of the 2^nd session of the 14^th National Assembly.

At the meeting on Tuesday, President Quang also answered voters’ queries on the National Assembly’s law building process, the role and responsibility of deputies, and the settlement of corruption cases. He added that the right to freedom of association is one of the basic human rights protected by the Constitution. The building of the law on association is to concretize the 2013 Constitution, ensure the people’s right to establish association, uphold the role of association, and increase the State management over association. President Quang addressed voters’ concerns, including public debts and the appointment and rotation of officials.
