(VOVworld) – During a visit to Bac Kan province on Wednesday President Truong Tan Sang called for greater efforts to develop agriculture and forestry and apply advanced technologies. He asked central agencies and Bac Kan province to work closely together to find measures to boost the implementation of a number of agro-forestry processing and tourism development projects. On the same day, he visited Nguyen Thi Loan, mother of martyr Vu Manh Thang, who died in the struggle to protect Vietnam’s northern border 37 years ago.
