Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) 2019 to be announced

The Index was first published in 2005 by VCCI and USAID drawing more than 12,000 domestic and foreign firms. It is the largest business survey representing the voice of firms on the local business environment and the quality of economic governance in Vietnam.
