(VOVworld) - Song Il Ho, North Korean Ambassador in charge of the normalization of diplomatic ties with Japan, said Monday that he is ready to come to Japan to continue bi-lateral talks if Japan invites him. In a bid to boost ties with Japan following agreements made in Stockholm last week, Song said Pyongyang hasn’t rejected any proposals from Japan so far. Meanwhile, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga insisted that Japan is ready to continue talks if Pyongyang re-opens investigations of abducted Japanese citizens.
