Quang Ninh holds same-day launch or inauguration for 31 key projects
(VOVWORLD) - 31 key projects were launched or inaugurated in Quang Ninh province on Friday, spanning healthcare, education, social housing, transport, tourism, high-end resorts, and entertainment, with a total investment of 15 billion USD.

These are just a few of many large-scale projects with same-day launch or inauguration nationwide to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
Two notable projects are a 244-hectare high-end resort complex in Van Don special economic zone, with a total investment of around 2 billion USD; and the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don resort complex, which will have nearly 1,000 five-star hotel rooms and condotels.
The projects are expected to bring more jobs to Van Don and improve locals’ livelihood.
“We are very happy about Van Don’s development. This place used to be a marshland. Back then, we couldn’t have imagined they would build an airport and major projects like these here,” a local resident said.
Another added, “The newly launched projects will give Van Don a new look, bring jobs, and increase locals’ income. They will help further promote the region’s economic development.”
The projects carry strategic significance, helping Quang Ninh revitalize its urban landscape, expand development, and lay the foundation for its socio-economic growth in the new era.
