(VOVworld)- A seminar on Hue’s traditional handcraft products took place in Thua Thien Hue province on Wednesday within the framework of the 2015 Hue Traditional Handicraft festival.

The participants discussed the development, opportunities and challenges of facing traditional craft villages in the province. They stressed the need to combine tourism development with promoting the development of craft villages. Tran Dinh Son is a researcher: “Such festivals have contributed to promoting traditional crafts and craftsmen. But we still need to teach younger generations so that they will continue to preserve and promote traditional crafts”.
