Team Vietnam ranked 74th at Paralympics Paris
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Paralympic team finished 74th on the medal table of Paralympic Games Paris 2024, which ended on Thursday.

Vietnamese weightlifter Le Van Cong won a bronze medal in the men's 49kg weight class on Wednesday, the only medal won by the Vietnamese team.
Late Thursday, weightlifter Chau Hoang Tuyet Loan finished 5th in the women's 55kg weight class. The gold medal went to Egypt’s Rehab Ahmed while the silver and bronze medals went to athletes from Turkey and Thailand.
China finished first with 74 gold, 55 silver, and 37 bronze medals, followed by the UK and the US.
