(VOVworld) – The Joint Chiefs of Staff said on Wednesday that North Korean propaganda leaflets have been spotted in Seoul and its adjacent areas, with many of them demanding Seoul halt its loudspeaker broadcasts against North Korea along the border.
The South Korean military is watching out for any military action and stands ready to respond.
