The fund will be used to build 300 water storage tanks for residents of Ben Tre province and provide livelihood support for 176 households in Ca Mau province. It will also assess the drought’s impact on local livelihoods and access to clean water, support a dialogue on disaster prevention and control policy, and help people use mobile technology to keep up to date on damage caused by natural disasters.
