VBF offers important channel between government, business community: PM
(VOVWORLD) - For 23 years the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) has teamed up with the Government and the business community to put forward many practical recommendations and initiatives to help improve the country’s business climate.

During a meeting with VBF members on Thursday, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said VBF will continue to be an important policy dialogue channel between the government and the business community, with the aim of successfully implementing Vietnam’s socio-economic goals in the 2021-2025 period.
Representatives of Republic of Korea and Japanese businesses in Vietnam applauded the government’s support for foreign enterprises, especially in its entry policies.
World Bank representative Carolyn Turk said Vietnam has a vanguard role in the fight against COVID-19 and she hopes Vietnam will lead the world in economic recovery as well as green growth. She said the World Bank will continue to support Vietnam in those efforts.
Prime Minister Phuc said the Government is pursuing the dual goal of COVID-19 containment and economic recovery and will continue to create favorable conditions for investors.
