(VOVworld) – A Vietnamese delegation, led by Deputy Head of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Tran Dac Loi, attended the 16th International Meeting of Communists and Workers’ Parties held in Ecuador last weeks.

At the meeting, representatives from 53 parties in 42 countries focused on the global situation; struggles of communist parties, workers, and people; and ways to strengthen future coordination among parties.
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Ecuador Winston Alarcon received the Vietnamese delegation. He hailed Vietnam’s participation and its contributions to the meeting, saying Ecuador wants to further its relationship with the Communist Party of Vietnam in the years to come.
