(VOVworld) - Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh and Cambodian Minister of Planning Chhay Than agreed on the need to develop human resources for Cambodia’s statistics sector at the sixth ministerial-level meeting between the two countries’ planning ministries in Hanoi on Tuesday. The ministers hailed the implementation of cooperation measures signed between the two ministries last year, which has contributed to consolidating the fine traditional relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia. Minister Vinh said: "The two ministries will continue to closely cooperate better in planning and investment activities, especially in supervision and statistics. We’ll also focus on personnel training and upgrading the information portal on the development triangle between Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam to attract investment and boost trade and tourism there."
