Vietnam, Cambodia continue to foster friendship
(VOVWORLD) -Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan says that the Vietnamese Party, State, and people do their best to develop the relations with Cambodia for solidarity, traditional friendship, comprehensive, stable, and lasting cooperation, and mutual benefit.

Mr. Nhan made the statement at a reception in Ho Chi Minh city on Sunday for Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Men Sam An, who also chairs the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Association. The guest pledged to continue boosting people-to-people exchanges and education of the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia for peace and development in each country.
Ms. Men Sam An is in Vietnam for the 4th Vietnamese-Cambodian people’s cooperation and friendship meeting from Saturday to Thursday in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria Vung Tau province. The meeting is part of activities to mark 50 years of bilateral diplomatic ties this year.
