(VOVworld) – The spokesperson for Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry Luong Thanh Nghi has responded to reporters’ questions on Vietnam’s reaction to the terrorist bomb attacks in Russia’s Volgograd city on December 29 and 30. He said “Vietnam strongly condemns the terrorist acts in Volgograd city of Russia on December 29 and 30, 2013, which killed and injured many people. We extend our deep condolences to the families of the victims, the government and people of Russia. We believe that the perpetrators will be punished properly”.
