Vietnam records 260 more COVID-19 cases Thursday noon

(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Health said that from 6 am to 12 noon on Thursday, Vietnam reported 260 new cases: 2 imported cases and 258 domestic cases Ho Chi Minh City (154), Binh Duong (48), Long An (28), Phu Yen (10), Hung Yen (5), Bac Giang (4), Nghe An (3), Ha Tinh (3), Binh Phuoc (1), Dong Thap (1), and Bac Ninh (1). Of them 207 cases were detected in lockdown or quarantine areas.
As of 12 noon on Thursday, Vietnam confirmed a total of 17,312 cases of COVID-19, 6,840 cases recovered. 
The number of new cases recorded in Vietnam from April 27 stood at 13,942, of which 4,066 patients have been declared cured. There were 81 deaths.
