(VOVworld) - Vietnamese athletes won six gold medals to triumph at the 20th International Track and Field Vietnam Open 2013, which concluded Sunday in Ho Chi Minh City. Malaysia finished second with five gold medals and the Philippines won three gold medals to finish third.

In a separate provincial category, Khanh Hoa finished first with five gold medals ahead of the Military team and the Hanoi team.

The annual two-day event drew athletes from 7 countries and 36 cities, provinces, and sports training units.
