Vietnam welcomes investment in smart urban development
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Government will continue support, and create the best conditions for Chinese enterprises, including CCC Infrastructure and Shenzhen Hero Group to invest and operate effectively in Vietnam, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung said on Wednesday.

During a reception for Fung Wai Ka Thomas, Director of CCC Infrastructure, and Lai Rong Huo, Chairman of Shenzhen Hero Group, Deputy PM Dung welcomed their plans to invest in Vietnam, especially in smart urban development.
Enterprises are encouraged to collaborate with Vietnam in various areas, such as providing financial and technical support for pilot projects, cooperating in research and technology transfer for urban governance, and partnering in human resources training, he said.
The Deputy PM suggested that businesses directly invest in developing smart urban projects in potential localities, initially piloting in smaller urban units such as communes and wards.
