At the “Homeland Spring” event, Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh reviewed Vietnam’s socio-economic development and external relations achievements, new developments in bilateral ties, and the substantial results of mutual visits by senior leaders of the two countries last year.
Binh said the Vietnamese Embassy in China always pays close attention to the lives of Vietnamese students, business people, and tourists in China to promptly support and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
“Over the past year, the Vietnamese community in China worked, studied, and contributed to the host country, to the fatherland, and to the bilateral relationship. Our OVs have responded positively to requests for donations, especially to support fellow-citizens at home who were affected by typhoon Yagi,” according to Binh.
