Vietnamese lychees are sold at Costco stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth at a price of 18.49 AUD per kilogram. Ly Hoang Duy is CEO of 4 Ways Fresh, an exporter of Vietnamese lychees to Costco.

"Last year, we piloted supplying Vietnamese lychees to a few Costco stores. Customers loved it, and Costco saw its great potential. It is now selling the fruit across Australia. Their purchases increased from 15 tons last year to over 200 tons this year.We’re developing a marketing strategy for next year and believe the volume will be even higher," Duy said.
