In his address, President Thuong praised the school’s teachers and students for their unity and efforts to overcome challenges to establish the school as a reputable and reliable educational institution for thousands of children of the Bahnar, Jrai, Thai, Nung, Tay, E de, and Xo dang ethnic minorities. The school has played a vital role in providing quality human resources for the province, the Central Highlands, and the country.

President Thuong said: "Ensuring the effective delivery of education and training to children of ethnic minorities is crucial in establishing a strong foundation. This is not only a significant way to support and uplift ethnic minority communities, but it’s also a means to break the cycle of poverty. It also helps create a pool of ethnic minority leaders for the political system, maintain political stability, and drive socio-economic development in remote and isolated regions."
