At the 19th session of the Vietnam-Russia Intergovernmental Committee on economic, trade, and technology cooperation on September 20-21 in Saint Petersburg, Stepanov said foreign investors appreciated positive changes in the Far East.
Chinese and Japanese businesspeople have cooperated in many projects in agriculture, energy, and industry. He said some shipbuilding companies in the Far East are willing to work with Vietnamese partners.
