Addressing the conference, Chairman of the Confederation Nguyen Dinh Khang emphasized that all levels of Trade Unions need to implement an action program to Resolution implementation, in which the key task is developing unions members and establishing grassroots trade unions.

He requested a flexible trade union in terms of organization and operation for international integration. It’s necessary to develop a project to pilot the Trade Union model of private economic groups and establish a number of cross-industry unions such as textiles and garments, and banking, Khang said.
