Young entrepreneur with passion to develop Vietnamese brand IT products
(VOVWORLD) - With a great passion to develop Vietnamese brand IT products, 35-year-old Vu Gia Luyen established the International Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (ITS). Callbot, an online switchboard system designed to receive and answer questions about COVID-19 and collect information about people living in pandemic areas, was named anoutstanding product in 2021, and Luyen was honored in the Top 10 of the Excellent Young Entrepreneur 2021 Award, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Callbot is an automated switchboard solution for epidemic prevention and control.It can make millions of automatic calls to individuals who are COVID patients or in close contact with a patient. Callbot has received 4 million calls from these people requesting COVID-19 information, which has eased the burden on healthcare workers. Luyen said his company will continue to launch community service projects.
“After Callbot, we will implement other projects to support COVID patients and provide vaccination consultation,” said Luyen.
To compete with hundreds of IT solution development enterprises out there, Luyen’s company focuses on products which are sophisticated and beneficial to the community. This year ITS plans to develop an app that can digitize handwritten notes to replace current foreign systems.
“Luyen is an enthusiastic and creative person. He always has ideas for new products,” said engineer Nguyen Dang Tuan who has worked at ITS for 5 years.

ITS products include voice brand tag call solutions, voice biometrics solutions, Viet signature verification, and vKYC video customer authentication.
The firm has received awards such as the VDA Digital Transformation Award in 2019 and 2021, the Sao Khue Award in 2021, and theVietnam Smart City Award in 2021.
“A young person should always have dreams and do his or her best to realize those dreams. It is essential to try different ways to benefit society and make progress,” said Luyen.
