(VOVWORLD) - The Kon Tum provincial People’s Court would like to inform US citizen TRINA KIM BUI, born in 1993, on the divorce case with Mr. Vo Thanh Loc, born in 1987.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 02/2022/HNGĐ-ST, dated December 23, 2022, the court’s judgements were stated as followed:
Pursuant to: Article 28, 35, 37, 39, 144, 147, 152, 153, 154, 228, 227, 477, and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code; Article 51, 53, 56, 123, and Article 127 of the Law on Marriage and Family 2014; Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follows:
- Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. TRINA KIM BUI and Mr. Vo Thanh Loc are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
- Court fee: Mr. Vo Thanh Loc has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. AA/2021/0000007 dated December 29, 2021 by the Kon Tum Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr. Vo Thanh Loc already paid the fee.
- Judicial entrustment fee: Mr. Vo Thanh Loc has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. AA/2021/0000008 dated January 10, 2022 of the Kon Tum Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Mr. Vo Thanh Loc has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. TRINA KIM BUI to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
