Moc Son ward, at the center of the Moc Chau National Tourist Area, offers convenient travel to popular attractions like the tea hills, the historic 52nd Tay Tien Regiment commemoration site, and Moc Chau island.
“Colors of Moc Son” has 20 installations showcasing local culture. The cultural space is divided into three zones – a Cultural Experience space, a Cuisine and Specialties space, and an Art space.
The Cultural Experience space lets visitors interact with local artisans and have a hands-on experience making five-color sticky rice, bamboo-tube rice, or bamboo craft products, spinning yarn, dyeing thread, weaving fabric, pounding glutinous rice cakes, spinning flax, painting with beeswax, embroidering, or writing the Dao script.

Nguyen Xuan Truong, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Moc Son ward, said: “This cultural space is phase one. In phase two, we’ll continue investing in infrastructure and re-enacting traditional cultural features of the ethnic communities in Moc Son ward. To attract more tourists is our primary task.”
