The model is one of four tasks assigned to Board IV by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh during a mid-August working session.

According to Truong Gia Binh, Head of Board IV, member of the Panorama Executive Council, and Chairman of FPT Corporation, the initiative aims to foster collaboration and shared responsibility between the private sector and State agencies in driving economic development. It is designed as a hub for intelligence, resources, and in-depth insights from businesses of all sizes, contributing to the goal of making the private sector a leading engine of Vietnam’s economy.

At the ceremony, the Panorama Executive Council was officially introduced, featuring prominent business leaders, including Truong Gia Binh (Chairman of FPT Corporation, Head of Board IV), Don Lam (CEO of VinaCapital), Mai Huu Tin (CEO of U&I Group), Vu Van Tien (Chairman of Geleximco Group), and Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (Chairwoman of Sovico Group), among others.
