Preparations have been completed, with voter lists posted at polling stations and at the headquarters of the local People’s Committee.  

“We have arranged for a mobile ballot team to bring ballot boxes to vessels at sea, allowing armed forces personnel and fishermen operating in the Gulf of Tonkin to cast their votes in accordance with regulations. The Bach Long Vi Special Zone has completed preparations and is ready for the election," said Dao Minh Dong, Chairman of the Bach Long Vi People’s Committee.
