(VOVWORLD) - The Communist Party of Vietnam has always placed the interests of the people above all else. All of its policies and decisions aim to improve the quality of life for every citizen.

Lo Thi La and her son of the Thai ethnic group in Son La province happily moved into their new home, built by the local authorities and benefactors under the Party’s initiative to eliminate substandard houses for poor households and policy beneficiaries.
La said her husband left when their child was just one month old. For many years, she single-handedly raised her son. With the family’s income relying only on a small plot of garden and upland fields, the dream of a solid house had long seemed out of reach.
“We’re deeply grateful to the Party and the State. My son and I no longer worry about rain or harsh weather. We feel secure and will work hard to improve our lives,” said La.
Vang A Di, an ethnic Mong man, just moved into his new house ahead of the 14th National Party Congress. He carefully hung the national flag at the front of his home. For him and other Mong people in Na Kham village, Son La province, the Party is a guiding light that brings them prosperity and happiness.
“My parents were poor and had little land for cultivation. Our life was very difficult. Thanks to the support of the Party and the State, we have a concrete new house. We are very grateful. From now on, we will work hard to build a sufficient life,” said Di.

In the central province of Quang Tri, the two-tier local government model and the “one-stop-shop” mechanism integrated with digital transformation are greatly appreciated by the public.
“The officials are dedicated and the administrative procedures are handled quickly and efficiently, leaving us highly satisfied,” Pham Dinh Thuan, a resident of Tam Dang hamlet, said.
Dong Le commune has installed an automated guidance and queue system at its one-stop shop. The application of information technology in receiving and processing dossiers has helped shorten processing times and improve work efficiency.

In areas with dispersed populations, residents may need to travel dozens of kilometers to access administrative services. Kim Phu commune addresses this problem by sending officials directly to villages and hamlets.
“Instead of meeting with citizens at the commune People’s Committee headquarters, we go to them. As a result, we can resolve many issues on the spot,” Hoang Tu Quoc Hung, Chairman of the Kim Phu People’s Committee, said.
From new housing in Son La to improved public services in Quang Tri, a shared principle runs through these efforts: people are at the center of all development policies and reforms. Every ordinary yet meaningful change affirms that the Party’s ultimate goal is the happiness of the people.
