46 businesses in Da Nang were honored for their labor policies and collective labor agreements and for ensuring workers’ salaries, labor regulations, and democracy, thereby preventing strikes and work interruptions.

These enterprises have implemented salary and bonus regimes, and attended to workers’ meals, accommodations, and electricity and water bills. Considering workers to be valuable assets, they have adopted policies to attract, remunerate, take care of, and improve the working conditions of their employees.

The Morito Da Nang Co., Ltd. in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park employees 850 people. It has signed collective labor agreements, giving workers more favorable terms than those prescribed by law.

The company has improved its work environment, granted periodic bonuses, and organized emulation movements. Each year its workers receive two free health check-ups.

The company allocates funding for its trade union, participates in social activities, and takes seriously its corporate social responsibility.

The Da Nang Central Investment Joint Stock Company has launched many emulation movements and created many incentives for employees.

Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Ton said: "We have helped workers stabilize their lives by guaranteeing their jobs. The company leaders have visited families in difficult circumstances, built houses of gratitude, and provided additional support to help workers buy petrol and dishes. Each year we organize tours and picnics to strengthen bonds between workers."

The Da Nang Labor Federation has awarded 30 gifts, each worth 70 USD, to union members and other workers in difficult circumstances due to work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illness, natural disasters, or epidemics.
