Lai Chau province received 73,000 visitors and revenue increased 13%, said Tran Quang Khang, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. “Our Department will continue to encourage localities to improve their infrastructure and develop new tourism products. We will enhance promotion through media channels, trade fairs, and conferences, and continue to carry out cooperation programs with key markets like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the south central provinces,” Khang said.

The surge proved the sound strategy and effective coordination between the government, localities, and businesses in harnessing Vietnam’s tourism potential.
