Several activities have been held in response to Vietnamese Family Day and Action Month against Family Violence 2022, themed “Peaceful family - happy society”. These activities have raised public awareness and a sense of responsibility for preventing domestic violence and promoting a healthy lifestyle and cultural behavior in the family and community.

The Vietnam Youth Federation and the Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company organized communications on family happiness and a start-up program.

Dang Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Editor in Chief of the Youth newspaper and Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Youth Federation, said: "This year we launched a program to help young families start a business. We provided capital, technology, and knowledge to young families in traditional craft villages and in remote mountain and ethnic minority areas to help them build a happy, wealthy family."

To mark Vietnamese Family Day, a Vietnamese Family Festival was held in Hanoi over the past three days and a program called “Happy Vietnamese Family Day” was held in HCM City. Several seminars and talks on family affairs, meetings with outstanding families to share experience in maintaining family happiness and raising children, and painting and photo exhibitions and cooking competitions were also held.
