At the forum, Minh gave an overview of Petrovietnam’s five main areas and proposed several potential directions for cooperation between the two sides. He said that Dominica’s increased demand for energy will open up opportunities for cooperation in various areas including oil and gas exploration and exploitation, and renewable energy development, especially offshore wind power.

In particular, offshore oil and gas exploration and exploitation can be deployed soon. These cooperation opportunities will meet Dominica's energy needs and promote the bilateral ties.
