Head of Naval Region 4’s political department, Colonel Bui Van Ben asked them to uphold a sense of responsibility, adhere to military discipline, strive to strengthen their political integrity, and stand ready to overcome any challenges.
Serving on the Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago is a great honor, a source of pride, and an opportunity to strengthen one’s political integrity, morality, technical expertise, and resilience to fulfill the mission of safeguarding Vietnam’s maritime sovereignty, he added.
