Mr. Man made the statement in Hanoi on Monday while chairing the second meeting of the Steering Committee tasked with reviewing the implementation of the 12th Party Central Committee’s Resolution on the reform and reorganization of the political system, specifically NA agencies, units under the NA Standing Committee, and units of the National Assembly Office.
He emphasized that the reorganization of National Assembly agencies must adhere to the principle of “one agency performing multiple tasks, and one task assigned to a single agency to take the lead and bear primary responsibility”.
Chairman Man said the arrangement of Committees must cover all functions and tasks assigned by the Constitution to the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee.
He urged the Steering Committee to complete its tasks and report to the Politburo before December 31.
