Bangladesh declares one day of national mourning after Air Force training jet crash
(VOVWORLD) -The Bangladeshi interim government announced that one day of national mourning be observed on Tuesday in response to the crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft on Monday. The crash killed 27 people and hospitalized 88 others.

The F-7 BGI aircraft crashed into a college and school campus in Dhaka, the capital, soon after it took off on Monday from an airbase in Kurmitola on a routine training mission.
The cause of the incident is still being investigated. It's the worst recent aviation accident in Bangladesh.
