(VOVWORLD) -Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is on a State visit to Vietnam from Thursday to Saturday at the invitation of President Luong Cuong. This is Lula da Silva’s second Vietnam visit as the head of state of Brazil after his first visit in 2008.

During his stay, President Lula da Silva is scheduled to attend the official welcoming ceremony and hold talks with President Luong Cuong, meet with leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam as well as engage in other activities in Hanoi.
