The Vinh Phuc Labor Federation and Youth Union gave 20 scholarships to children of industrial park workers facing financial hardship.

In Vinh Long province, ethnic minority students in remote areas enjoyed art performances and lion and dragon dances.

Huynh Yen Nhi of Long Ho district, said, "I attended the Mid-Autumn Festival for the first time today and it was wonderful. I’m very grateful to have received gifts and moon cakes and had fun with the other children. I'll try my best in my studies."
