(VOVworld) - 1,000 Ethiopian Jews clashed with police on Thursday as they took to the streets of Jerusalem to protest police brutality and racism. The protests occurred from the national Israel police headquarters to the Paris square and then the Prime Minister's Residence. They later blocked main roads in Jerusalem but were kept at bay by police.

Clashes wounded 15 people including 3 police.
