Reports from ministries, agencies, and local governments indicate that approximately 1,500 projects nationwide are currently facing difficulties, spanning 20 categories, including public investment projects, non-budget investment initiatives, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
The Prime Minister instructed relevant agencies to continue reviewing, categorizing, and proposing practical and effective solutions for these pending projects, with reports due by April 10.
He also directed ministries and local authorities to suggest regulatory adjustments for issues not yet covered by existing laws and to submit their recommendations to the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office for further evaluation and reporting to the Steering Committee.
