(VOVworld) – Hanoi will boost IT application in state agencies in line with renewing the operation of the administrative system toward more transparent state management. This is considered one of Hanoi’s key tasks relating to the capital’s administrative reform in 2015.

The statement was made on Tuesday at a regular meeting of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee to discuss outcomes of administrative reforms, recruitment of civil servants in 2014, and setting missions for this year.  

By the end of 2015, Hanoi will have 20% of public services processed online and use bar-codes for all administrative procedures at the commune level.
