A stall at the 2025 Regional Agricultural and Specialty Products Fair in Hanoi.

Exhibitors are showcasing signature items, including Lang Son custard apples, Thai Nguyen tea, Quang Ninh sundried fish, and Dak Lak durian, avocado, and other fruits. Many of the products are organically grown or part of Vietnam’s “One Commune One Product” (OCOP) program.

The event, which will run until Sunday, also features cooking demonstrations, food processing demonstrations, and programs to introduce regional cuisine, giving visitors a chance to sample and buy seasonal tropical fruits.

Within the framework of the fair, the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center is hosting a forum on “Digital transformation and innovation in agricultural development and environmental protection.”
