The 240-million-USD center was begun in May, 2010, by the Hanoi-Moscow Trade Centre Investment Joint Stock Company (INCENTRA) of the Eurowindow Group on a 5-hectare lot. The center’s 130,000-square-meter area encompasses a modern shopping mall and a 22-storey apartment and hotel block. It reflects the fine cooperation between Vietnam and Russia.

At the inauguration ceremony, Secretary Pham Quang Nghi of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee stressed the center’s importance to the local Vietnamese community, adding that it’s a bridge between Hanoi and Moscow. The center will host Vietnamese cultural events in Russia.
