(VOVworld) – Hung Yen authorities held a ceremony on Sunday to receive a certificate honouring the province’s historic Pho Hien complex as a special national relic site. The ceremony was attended by President Truong Tan Sang.

Addressing the ceremony at the annual Pho Hien cultural festival,  Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Dang Thi Bich Lien said the relic is not only a valuable heritage but also important for educating younger generations about Vietnamese culture and attracting domestic and foreign tourists.
The province was encouraged to promote communications to encourage pride in the homeland and preservation of the heritage.
